Why Buffalo meat?

Buffalo is an ideal alternative to beef, it is very lean with less fat, the flavour is often described as sweeter and less greasy than beef.

We make mince, burgers and sausages from our buffalo - ideal for barbeques and parties - so why not give your guests something different!

Holiday accommodation at Midlist Farm

We now offer Bed & Breakfast (B&B) accommodation (twin or double room) at the farm and we have static caravan available for self catering hire and sleeping up to 6 people.

Our farm is ideally located just 5 minutes from the A55 on the edge of Halkyn Mountain with great views across North Wales and as far as Yorkshire!

Guests can roam the farm and see all our animals.
